Emmanuel O. Atoe, Ph.D., has been in ministry for over 25 years. Pastor Manny has significantly impacted many people through the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. His ministry, enriched by the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the grace of God, has enabled him to motivate, inspire, and assist individuals through prayer, teaching, and counseling.
